Kristen helped create a smooth and efficient process!

I sold a property to one of Kristen's clients, and afterwords we had a very long and confusing property tax issue with the client's loan servicer and the county. Kristen was extremely helpful during the whole process, working with me, the client, the county, and the servicer for six months to get this issue solved. Many mortgage brokers can handle an easy deal, but the best ones can nagivate the difficult ones and provide support to you after the close. Kristen is a great example of that. I would recomend her to everyone and will likely work with her myself on future purchases.
